• A Studio-Worthy Barre – This Archos Wall-Mounted Barre features a Single, Fixed height 6-ft bar, 1.5" diameter. The bar is sleek, durable, and is held by heavy-duty powder-coated steel brackets. Each linear foot supports 100 lbs and at least 2’ should be allowed per person.
• Quick & Easy Installation – All hardware is included for easy setup: one 6' bar, two steel brackets, and screws to attach the bar and mount to the wall. Standard barre height is 42” for dance and 36-40” for fitness, but you can install it at any height that works for you. Create a double system by mounting two bars at 32” and 42” for even more workout options.
• Full Body Fitness – Barre exercise is a great option for any age, from traditional dancing practice, including balance and stretch work, to strength training inspired by yoga and pilates. Build core strength, balance, and flexibility through a wide variety of standing and floor movements.
