This product cannot be used in vehicles without roof rail. It is compatible with vehicles with a notch for hook attachment to the roof rail.
It can carry up to 75kg in moving vehicle with aluminium bars. In the parked vehicle, 150kg maximum load is recommended for the product consisting of 2 bars and 225kg maximum load is recommended for the product consisting of 3 bars.
It is a deterrent against theft. These locks must be opened with a key for disassembly of the product.
